A 4 bedroom 3 bathroom executive home with spa pool, newly built, decorated and furnished to a high standard in the quiet community of Silver Creek. However, fun is just a stone’s throw away, at Disney 15-20 minutes away; so the kids won’t get bored on a long journey.

This is your chance to rent an executive style home in one of the world’s most popular holiday destinations! The quiet community of Silver Creek offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation between the exciting and exhilarating days out at the most fantastic attractions, which are within easy reach by car.

This beautiful home has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout by expert interior designers, so you can relax in the comfort of real Florida luxury.

The kitchen has all the necessary elements for preparing and cooking whatever type of meal you aspire to. The kitchen is furnished with top of the range appliances including fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal plus all the equipment and utensils you need. The necessities of laundry (yawn!) are catered for with a washer and dryer.

With a large dining table and seating for eight people, everyone can eat together. Then relax in the comfortable lounge area, perhaps to watch TV or a DVD. All four bedrooms also have TV’s just in case there is any dispute about what to watch!

The house is fully air-conditioned; in addition, the bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. The two main bedrooms have en-suite facilities, whilst the two twin rooms share the family bathroom.

The pool area is the place to relax on days when you are not out and about enjoying yourselves. The pool also has a spa pool and can be heated (for an extra charge) if the weather and time of year make it necessary.

Clean towels and linen are provided for your use. Our Management Company are literally just down the road and will be happy to help you if you need any assistance.

Silver Creek is located north along Highway 27 after the junction with the 192. There is a small shopping plaza at the entrance to Silver Creek with supermarket, post office, bank, chemist and pizza takeaway; additionally, there is a large Wal-Mart just a few minutes drive away.
Silver Creek is only thirty minutes from Orlando International Airport; it is less than twenty minutes from Disney; other attractions are also within easy reach.
