Our 5 bed 3 bath villa can sleep 12 and is situated 5 minutes from the end of route 192 very close to Disney and with numerous golf courses nearby. The interior has been professionally designed and furnished by a well regarded local company. It has over 2217 sq ft of air conditioned accommodation with a large kitchen/nook, lounge/dining area with Cable TV and DVD. The garage games room has a number of games including darts, pool, table soccer, air hockey and numerous other board games. Out all day at the parks…come back and relax on our pool deck alongside the more than generous sized heated pool.

At the entrance to Silver Creek there is a Winn Dixie supermarket, post office, bank and a very large Wal*Mart. All within walking distance.

Our fantastic 5 bed 3 bath villa is newly built (End of 2005) and is available at less than the cost of a normal 3 bed villa charged by travel agents. Free international and long distance telephone calls tell your friends at home and leave them nice & jealous. Furnished to a luxury standard comfort does not come much better than this. The interior has been professionally designed and furnished by a well regarded local company. With 2217 sq ft of air conditioned luxury, well equipped kitchen, luxury bedrooms, bathrooms and a games room to keep everybody happy. All bedroom & kitchen linen, bathroom towels, flannels are provided. Bring your own beach towels if you need them.

Eating in Florida is a great experience. Many excellent restaurants are located within a short distance as is the added convenience of 2 major supermarkets Win Dixie and Wal*Mart.

Have children, fancy a BBQ? No problem children’s equipment Cots buggies (strollers) and BBQ equipment can be supplied for a small charge.

Fancy a game of golf. No problem numerous courses nearby, don’t wanna play golf all the amusement parks are close to hand, Disney is 15 minutes away, Sea world 25 minutes away, shop till you drop 15 minutes away: yet the villa is in one of the quietest developments in the area being 1 mile from the main road.

Heated Pool - The large heated pool has underwater lighting so sit back and relax with a glass in your hand. Complete with luxury patio furniture, table and chairs for 4: perfect to start or end the day with a family meal. The whole area is covered to keep away the insects and the unusual sounds of the wildlife in the woods 100 meters away is a new experience for most Florida visitors. For the all important safety of our little ones the pool is surrounded by a Florida state law removable safety pool fence & the patio door can be double locked. The master bedroom and toilet facilities can be accessed directly from the patio. To ensure your comfort and safety the pool is serviced weekly to keep it in excellent condition.

Combined Family Room/Dining Room – Carpeted throughout & complete with 3 seater settee (drops down to a double bed) and 2 seater settee which are ‘sink in’ comfortable (bet you fall asleep), centre coffee table with 2 side stands. The 31" cable TV has 99 channels and CD/DVD for your viewing pleasure. Direct view to the patio & pool through the double patio doors. The glass dining table seats 6 comfortably (8 if needed) and comes with a luxury set of dining equipment.

Kitchen/Breakfast Nook - Leading off from the lounge/dining room is a well appointed kitchen with a large oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, dish washer, and other electrical items. With a large larder and plenty of storage space there is also cutlery, china and glassware & a number of pots & pans. Seating for 4 is also available at the glass kitchen dining table.

Master bedroom 1 – Has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers, overhead fan, walk in wardrobe and cable TV. 2 night stands with lights and clock radio. The En Suite facilities have a large glass enclosed walk in shower, sink, WC & under sink storage cupboards. Bedding and towels are provided. There is a lockable outside door leading directly to the patio area.

Master bedroom 2 - Has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers, overhead fan, walk in wardrobe. 2 night stands with lights and clock radio. The En Suite facility has a combined bath and shower, sink, WC & under sink storage cupboards. Bedding and towels are provided.

Bedroom 3 - Has a double size bed, overhead fan, walk in wardrobe. 2 night stands with lights and clock radio. Bedding and towels are provided.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 – Have 2 single beds each, overhead fan, walk in wardrobe. 1 night stand each with light and clock radios. Bedding and towels are provided.

Shared Bathroom Beds 3, 4 & 5 - The facilities have a combined bath and shower, sink, WC & wall storage cupboard. There is a further storage cupboard outside the bathroom in the hall.

Garage – In the garage is a washing machine & dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, combined games table with 15 games, table soccer, air hockey and table tennis and many other board games games (Chess, checkers, backgammon). On the wall there is an electronic darts board.
