Garymore Villa 5 Bedroom Luxury villa with Pool and Spa in
Silver Creek Clermont Florida.
Located just off the us27 6 miles from
Disney. Garymore villa is ideally situated for all the attractions Florida
has to offer. This 5 bed 3 bath villa with pool and spa was completed in
June 2005 and is a perfect place for you to have a holiday of a lifetime,
you are visiting Disney or relaxing around the pool we have everything you
need.
Living Room/Dining Room - the open plan living area has a 3 seater sofa bed
two seater love seat and armchair, 28" colour TV with cable and DVD player
and patio doors leading to the pool and spa area dining table with seating
for six.
Kitchen - the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of work space and cupboards
and is fully fitted with Maytag appliances which includes stove/oven
dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer with ice maker, a round table and
seating for four.
Master Bedroom - the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite with
walk in shower large dresser unit,19" colour TV with cable, radio alarm and
views of pool and spa area and a large walk in wardrobe with fitted safe.
2nd Master Bedroom - the 2nd master bedroom with en-suite double bed large
dresser and built in wardrobe, 14" colour TV with cable the en-suite has a
walk in shower.
3rd Bedroom - also has a double bed and built in wardrobe and 14" colour TV
with cable.
There are two twin rooms with two single beds in both and a shared bathroom
which leads out to the pool area.
Garage - Large double garage with washing machine and tumble dryer and a
games room area with pool table and dart board.
Swimming pool/spa - the swimming pool and spa area has a table 4 chairs and
3 sun beds and a covered lanai there is a child safety fence the length of
the pool for safety of the children but can be removed by parties with no
children. The large 30-15ft pool and spa can be heated ay an extra cost.
