Silverwood Villa
Our 5bed/3bath villa with private
pool is situated on Silver Creek, Clermont, a quiet area, yet close to all
amenities and approx. 12 minutes by car from Disney World which makes it an
ideal base for your Florida vacation.
Brand new for Summer 2005 is our 5 bedroom, 3
bathroom, privately owned single storey villa with screened pool, situated
within a quiet conservation area. Close by are golf courses, supermarkets,
bank, post office and petrol stations. It is luxuriously furnished
throughout and the screened pool area at the rear of the property contains
patio furniture and sun loungers.
The villa has vaulted ceilings and is fully air-conditioned for your
comfort, in addition, it has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge
area.
BEDROOMS
The accommodation comprises 2 master bedrooms both with Queen size beds and
en-suite facilities, a further double bedroom, separate bathroom and 2 twin
bedrooms, all with ample closet space, sleeping up to 10 guests, making the
villa ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing.
FAMILY ROOM
There is a spacious, open plan living room with patio doors leading to the
pool area. The living room has a formal dining area and contains excellent
quality furniture comprising three seater sofa bed, two seater sofa and an
armchair. There is a large colour TV, DVD player with films and also a CD
stereo player for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the
Theme Parks!
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range Maytag appliances
including large cooker with easy to clean ceramic hob and matching built-in
microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer with ice-maker and all the
necessary cutlery, crockery etc. to cater for up to 12 guests. There is a
breakfast nook within the kitchen containing a table and 4 chairs plus all
the usual kitchen appliances i.e. toaster, coffee percolator, liquidizer,
kettle etc. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are incorporated for your
convenience and there is a utility area within the garage containing a
separate washer and tumble dryer.
POOL AREA
There is a covered lanai off the main living area with light and ceiling fan
above and high quality patio furniture leading to your own private 30 x 15
screened pool which includes child safety barrier (removable) and comes
complete with sun loungers for your relaxation. A door leads to the pool
bathroom for your requirements.
All towels and bed linen are included and we also have a high chair and cot
for your little one if required.
Please note that neither smoking nor pets are allowed inside the villa or in
the pool area.
