Built in mid-2005 and recently
furnished to a high standard, this superb 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, 2-storey
luxury executive villa has a large private pool, living accommodation of
over 2300 sq ft plus an integral garage. The villa is situated in a quiet
new community in the centre of a large conservation area, is just minutes
away from Disneyworld, golf courses, superstore shopping and is convenient
for all the other central Florida attractions.
This villa has a larger than normal private
pool & Spa, is tastefully decorated and includes all mod-cons to help ensure
you have a fantastic holiday. It is set in acres of a wooded conservation
area, which is accessible for ‘walks with nature’. Accessories include 6 x
Cable TV/DVD combos, VCR player, CD Player, a PlayStation 2 and hairdryers.
Baby equipment: highchair, crib/cot and stroller etc can be made available.
All towels, beach and bathroom, are included as is all bed linen.
This Florida home has 5 bedrooms. All of them are air-conditioned, en-suite
and have cable TV plus DVD players. The 2 King size suites have large
walk-in cupboards for dressing and spa/Jacuzzi baths as well as shower
facilities. The 3 twin-bedded rooms also have ample cupboard space. The
living accommodation has Opulence arm-chairs and sofa with matching
tables/TV cabinet, while the dining room is also furnished in the Opulence
style and contains a full-size dining table plus 6 dining chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances - glass top
range style cooker, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave,
dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, kettle, various other
convenience appliances plus all the crockery and utensils you would need.
This area is also set out for eating and has a large 6-seated dining table.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer, (plus iron and ironing
board) located in their own utility closet-room. A spacious integral garage
completes the lower accommodation.
Outside there is a larger than average 30 x 15 private screened heated
Swimming Pool with a Spa. The deck area is roomy and can easily accommodate
the several full-size sun loungers, stools and tables that are available for
use. The pool area is also set up for outdoor dining under a covered lanai.
The large rectangular dining table has 6 further comfortable pool chairs and
a gas barbecue completes the al fresco theme. In addition to the air
conditioning throughout there are also ceiling fans fitted in each room,
including the covered lanai by the pool. There is also a safety fence fitted
round the pool area, for peace of mind when holidaying with young children.
With a south-westerly aspect the pool area enjoys many hours of full
sunshine each day and because of the open outlook at the back of the villa,
you can sit and enjoy those famous Florida sunsets in all their glory.
