Superb 5 bedroom/4 bathroom Villa with private heated pool.
Our large, luxurious holiday home sleeps up
to 12 people and is ideal for either a fun -packed family holiday or
perfectly suited to groups of sports enthusiasts such as golfers, fishermen
etc.
The villa has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and is close
to several large supermarkets. When you don't feel like cooking you have a
vast range of restaurants, a short drive away on HW 192 as well as a never
ending list of home delivery take-outs.
Completed in March 2005 and having a living area of almost 2400sq.ft. the
accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there being 2
master-suites, a third double room and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms are
comfortably furnished, with walk in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space, clock
radios and ceiling fans.
There is a comfortable lounge with patio doors leading to the pool area,
large colour TV with cable channels and a sofa bed to accommodate 2 further
guests, if required. There is also a formal dining room at the front of the
house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, large
fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal and all other
items you would expect to find in a home of this quality. There is a
separate laundry area next to the garage, with both a washer and dryer.
The whole villa is air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room.
All linen and towels are included and hair-dryers provided in each of the
bathrooms. A telephone has been installed for free local calls and a safe is
available for securing your valuables.
Outside there is a 30ft.x 15ft. heated pool with underwater lighting and
large sun deck. The pool is screened and the covered sitting area has
lighting and an overhead fan, for those really warm evenings. A poolside
table and chairs are provided in the covered area for eating outside and
there are comfortable reclining sun-loungers around the pool.
A pool safety net has been erected for the protection of small children.
